Working Members Sushi Class
Join fellow working members for a fun evening making sushi with Chef Hiroshi Suzuki (Tei Tei and Japan Airlines First Class).
Along the way, we'll also enjoy Japanese appetizers prepared by Chef Hiroshi. The class portion of the evening is approximately 90 minutes.
Chef Hiroshi will cover the basics and then we'll have hands-on practice making a variety of sushi-making techniques, including:
Hosomaki - thin sushi rolls
Futomaki - thick sushi rolls
Uramaki - inside out rolls
Nigiri Sushi - fish over pressed rice
Temaki - hand rolls
